Processing Times

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ship orders promptly, Blue Print Kitty is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Blue Print Kitty is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier and checking with your household or neighbors.
